The song is about a break-up that I went through a couple of years ago. It's a dreamy hip-hop lullaby that explores the themes of desperation and heartbreak. I came across SOGIMURA's work and instantly fell in love with the beat, wrote the lyrics and then my engineer, Saulty, and I worked on creating an ambience to piece it all together; a sense of dreaming that the relationship can work but really knowing that it's over.more
